At Purus Corium, we stand behind the craftsmanship, quality, and materials of every product. Each item is designed for durability, and to uphold this commitment, we provide a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free warranty experience, please review the following policy details:
1. Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty applies to products purchased directly through Purus Corium with a valid proof of purchase. The dated invoice must clearly demonstrate that the purchase occurred within the 6-month warranty period.
This warranty covers:
- Faulty zippers
- Loose stitching
- Hardware malfunctions
- Other defects resulting from the manufacturing process
For Indian customers, a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase is applicable.
2. Reporting Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us via email at info@puruscorium.com
within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. Inspection & Resolution
Upon receipt of your product, our expert team will conduct a thorough inspection. If the damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will:
- Repair the item at no cost, or
- Replace it with the same style (or an item of equal value if the original is unavailable)
4. What Voids the Warranty
The warranty will not be honored under the following conditions:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage due to improper care or negligence
- Absence of a valid proof of purchase
5. Not Covered Under Warranty
Our limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, marks, or wrinkles)
- Damage from water, rain, or chemical exposure
- Damage due to adhesives or improper storage
- Tears or breakage resulting from excessive use
- Personal items or electronics stored inside the bag
6. Repair Time
Please allow 4–6 weeks for repair processing, excluding shipping time. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
7. Third-Party Purchases
If your Purus Corium product was purchased through an authorized retailer (not directly from us), please contact them for warranty support.

Except as stated above, Purus Corium disclaims any other warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
